Staying out of spam
Landing in the inbox is part authentication (which CloudQube handles for you) and part sending habits (which are up to you).
What we set up for you
Section titled “What we set up for you”When you set up email on your domain, CloudQube publishes the DNS records that mailbox providers check to confirm your mail is genuine: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. You don’t configure these yourself; they’re added to your domain automatically.
Habits that keep you in the inbox
Section titled “Habits that keep you in the inbox”- Only email people who expect to hear from you. Sending to addresses that never opted in is the fastest way to the spam folder.
- Use a consistent, real from-name and address on your own domain.
- Watch bounces and complaints. Keep removing addresses that bounce or unsubscribe. See Handle bounces.
- Warm up gradually. If you’re new to sending, build volume over days rather than blasting a large list on day one.
- Write like a person, not a billboard. Heavy images, lots of links, and spammy words all hurt.
